These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Us Again (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Not a substitute for professional help

Us Again is an educational relationship support tool. It is not therapy, counseling, medical care, or crisis support, and it does not create a professional client-therapist relationship. If you or your partner are in danger or in crisis, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity that happens under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm another person, to upload unlawful content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access, or to interfere with the operation of the Service.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you and, where applicable, your partner in your shared space.

5. AI features

Translation, rewriting, and speech-to-text features use third-party AI providers. AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing what you share before sending it to your partner.

6. Deletion and termination

You can delete individual entries or wipe your private data from the Privacy settings at any time. You can request full account deletion by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Us Again and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
